Missy Meador, MHR

Missy Meador, MHR is the owner of HCMG (Human Capital Management Group, LLC) located in Franklin, TN.  Missy provides Human Resources consulting and outsourcing for businesses that wish to either augment their existing Human Resources or move those functions off-site.  Her work includes both transactional and strategic aspects of Human Resources. 

She has been assisting employers for more than 15 years with employee relations, workplace investigations, strategic planning, succession planning, employee retention planning, compensation planning, benefits management, 401(k) administration, recruiting, training and employee development. 

She earned her Master of Human Resources Management (MHR) from Lipscomb University. 

She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).  She has served on boards for Boys and Girls Club, Rotary Community Fund and Club Board, Maury County Alliance, and Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association.
